I used to not care what I ate. Actually, I cared what I ate, I just didn’t care how it was made and what went into it. I ate what I wanted, when I wanted and had no portion control. This lead to me being 280lbs. At 6’2” this isn’t the end of the world, but I started to feel unhealthy and my last physical showed my triglycerides were at a very unhealthy level. Once you hit your 40’s you really do need to start thinking about your lifestyle. I was always pretty active, but needed to have a closer look at my diet. I have lost 40 lbs working with Gregg over 10 months and this is weight that I will keep off.
